Magdalena Radomska graduated with a MA in Polish philology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Her thesis examined the linguistic image creation in tabloid media. She is currently collecting data on media discourse regarding trade unions in Poland from the 1990s. At SCRG she collaborates on the research project “Research into the consequences of the “shock therapy” of the 1990s for contemporary opportunities for the development of science and higher education in Poland”, led by dr Krystian Szadkowski, where she focuses on the portrayal of students in the opinion-forming media in Poland during the 1990s.
